EXCHANGE, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICIES
MERCHANDISE EXCHANGE:
In case of a product defect, the customer may choose to receive a new product or a refund of the amount paid. However, these options will only be valid if the product was purchased through our website (markshubert.com/store). If the product was purchased through a reseller website of our product, it is necessary to contact them for the exchange to be carried out by them.
The deadline to resolve the issue is 30 (thirty) days from the date of the complaint, and the consumer has a period of up to 90 (ninety) days from the date of purchase to complain. Articles 18 and 26 of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).
BUYER'S REMORSE:
The consumer has the right to regret the purchase or hiring of a service, and should even be reimbursed for any amounts that may have been paid, provided that the purchase took place outside the commercial establishment. For example: purchases by phone, internet, postal refund, etc. The consumer has a period of 7 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, regardless of the quality of the product. It is not possible to regret the purchase of a product made within the commercial establishment. Article 49 and single paragraph of the Consumer Protection Code (CDC).
